This class is for all levels of practice and abilities. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great!
Vinyasa + Yin
Vinyasa + Yin is a great mixture of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. The class begins with a more active, flowing practice, connecting your movements with your breath. After we've worked up a sweat and have loosened up our muscles, the class switches to a Yin- style, in which the deeper connective tissues are targeted, and postures are held for longer periods of time.

A gentle class, perfect for beginners. This class is designed to build strength and increase flexibility, as well, as range of motion while promoting a sense of balance, calm and relaxation.

Senior Chair Yoga
For ages 62+
One of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.

Our most energetic Flow class. Warms the body, awakens the spirit, gets the heart beating. Power Yoga helps build full-body strength and allows the muscles to stretch. Plenty of flow and opportunities to try more advanced poses if you wish. Sweat, breathe and find your edge.
These classes flow at a slowed-down pace so there’s time to explore individual postures and transitions. Newer students find this builds confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment and dive into deeper focus. You will gently engage, open and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible poses, fluid movement, and breath.
A slightly sweeter flow, that takes place in a room lit by candles, creating the perfect ambiance for winding down for the evening. Class will begin with an active warm up, generally built around sun salutations, gradually moving into gentler movements, welcoming soft openings and mind-body awareness. Expect a nice cool down, both physically and mentally.
Vinyasa Flow designed to open your body, release tension, and explore movement throughout your whole system. This class incorporates breathwork, focus, and flexibility to create a balance between a calm mind and a mobile body.
Candlelight Yin is a deep, meditative practice. Infused in the longer, more passive holds, the yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods of time in order to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system. Practicing this way helps to target deeper connective tissues especially around the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Candlelight Yin is a peaceful way to end your day This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight helping us to balance our emotions, still our minds and open the deep connective tissues in the body.
Yin + Vin (Yin + Slow Flow Vinyasa)
This class begins slowly with longer-held, restorative postures, often done with the support of props. You'll have plenty of time to drop into your practice and allow it to unfold gradually. As the class progresses, you'll work your way through exploratory movements, warm-up flows, and creative standing sequences. With this unique blend of restorative and vinyasa-style asana, you'll leave feeling both at peace and energized for the day.
Warm Flow (78-80 Degrees)
For those who love to practice in a heated room and get a little sweat on! This is a dynamic, flowing class with an emphasis on linking breath with movement. In Warm Flow, we will heat up the studio between 78-80 degrees and you will cultivate awareness while building strength and flexibility in your body and mind. Bring your own mat and towel and come ready to sweat and burn some calories! The heat warms the muscles for greater flexibility, burns calories, and flushes toxins from the body.
R&R Yoga | Restore and Renew
R&R Yoga is a delicious way to end the week while releasing and relaxing. Poses are held for longer durations with an emphasis on support and comfort. Relaxing breath techniques are added for total relaxation. Classes use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop students in passive poses. This class blends supportive restorative postures, gentle yoga, and breath work. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Start your weekend off with Shred! Shred is a Yoga HIIT fusion class. In this fun and challenging class, yoga meets high intensity interval training (HIIT). The emphasis remains on mindfully linking breath with movement with the added heart-strengthening benefits that are the hallmark of HIIT. You will leave feeling energized as this class packs a punch!
Designed for students new to yoga, for those wishing to move more slowly, or for those who want to refine their alignment, Basic Yoga explores optimal alignment in a variety of foundational yoga poses, basic breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation practices. Perfect for beginning and continuing students, this class is "basic" but not easy and will introduce or return you to the fundamentals.
